Добрый день, Андрей. Наврядли с ним чем-то уже поможем, RF620 уже давно не поддерживаются, были заменены сначала на RF625, а теперь на RF627.

Здравствуйте. Мы используем старый лазерный сканер RF620, с которым вдруг пропала связь. Видим, что устройство периодически шлет UDP датаграммы с IP 0.8.0.0, порт 6000 на IP 255.255.255.255 порт 6001, лазерная линия присутствует. Подскажите, что можно сделать. Спасибо.
